Illustrative landscape masterplans are useful at the Concept Design stage (RIBA stage 2) and for outline planning applications. The plan will be to a fixed scale and fully colour rendered indicating the concept design of an outline proposal to help understand scale, mass, feasibility, circulation, management strategy, approximate costs, and to help with procurement.
