SUMMARY

Bringing these side-by-side sites forward for retail & leisure development presented an interesting opportunity to demonstrate what is achievable when construction -v- retained trees could otherwise present a constraint to development and impact on potential commercial values.

Maximising development potential and upgrading public access while retaining boundary vegetation was achieved using modern methods backed up by careful construction activities. This ensured that the clients’ objectives were met on both sites while respecting the requirement to retain important linear habitats.

Solutions to problems are at the heart of what we do here. Feel free to reach out for support on any of your projects.
