SUMMARY
Ascerta contributed landscape expertise to this project by crafting a Local Area for Play (LAP) and linear Public Open Space that leads to the site entrance. Our designs harmoniously integrated with the construction of 54 houses, ensuring seamless access, ample parking, and both residential and public planting. The inclusion of street trees and more enhanced the site's aesthetic appeal. Our Landscape Visual Impact Assessment guaranteed minimal environmental disruption, while our Landscape Layout and Planting Plan transformed the space into a vibrant, sustainable community focal point.
